Happy Mother’s Day?

On Mother’s Day, Noah expressed his “I’ll do things my way, thank you very much” personality. I (Aaron) picked him up and said, “Say, ‘Happy Mother’s....’” To which Noah responded, “Sad Daddy!”

Crew Cuts

Yesterday, Daddy went to get a hair cut. I liked watching so much that this morning Daddy took me to get one too. I did not like that very much! I barely survived, but now that my tears have dried, I reckon the result was pretty cute!

Some friends from church gave Noah this "previously loved" toy. He enjoyed discovering it!

Fun with Words

Some more recent Noah-isms that made us smile:

Noah: Train track crash! (he had scattered the pieces all over the floor)
Mummy: I wonder who might have done that?
Noah: (pause) Daddy!


Noah's response when paint cans he was stacking fell over: Oh dear.

Here is a video of Noah saying, "Cool!," "Noah, Cool!" and "Gimme five!" Be warned though, the clip does have a sad ending.

And in other two-year old news, Noah said "Yes" for the first time last night. Here's the context:

Daddy (reading a Curious George story): Are you mischievous?
Noah: Yes!
